Obie’s Mission

Historically, women’s health has been approached in a fragmented, disjointed way, with women often lacking the wherewithal to fully advocate for their well-being. This has left many feeling disempowered, with little control over their health journey. Obie challenges this approach. A belief that each phase of life —whether menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause—is a natural part of a single intricate, interconnected continuum. Moreover, while this journey is a part of every woman’s life, Obie recognizes that each woman’s specific experience is unique.

Obie’s mission is to provide a health solution that addresses multiple life stages and diverse needs of women, empowering them to help themselves through independent learning, self-management, and personalized guidance, underpinned by clinical expertise. Through accessible, easy-to-use tools, Obie helps women make well-informed choices and advocate for themselves, fostering physical, mental and emotional well-being.
