Sharone began his NY agency career at BBDO and DDB on strategy-heavy account management teams maintaining top-heavy client relationships and building 360 marketing campaigns. However, his unyielding passion for creativity led him to attend Miami Ad School of NY to transition to an Art Director role focused on big ideas and good design. After traveling the world for more than a year and freelancing on a range of projects along the way, he returned to NYC joining the Resource Ammirati team well-seasoned and with new perspective.
When IBM acquired and converted the Union Square office into their iX studio, he captured an opportunity to utilize his high-empathy personality for human-centered digital experiences as a UX Designer, growing into a Director role soon after. Sharone continues to appreciate work that is not only able to speak TO consumers, but WITH them as well. He creates work that taps into human insight, from ideation to production, and allows brands to join the conversation and create memorable experiences. He strives to do work that is socially conscious, culturally aware, and societally uplifting.
His client work has ranged from illustration, typeface creation, video and print production, design and art direction, and experience design across a myriad of industries.
