Sharone leads UX at Anomaly helping businesses transform the way people interact with a brand at any given touchpoint of their ecosystem. Design Thinking and Job To Be Done Methodology are some of the constructs he employs to help brands think and act more holistically throughout digital and physical environments.

His role has driven value for end-users across a myriad of industries. The Highlight Machine, a first-of-its-kind AI enabled video curation device helped the Fox Sports hosting of the 2018 FIFA World Cup win an Emmy for Outstanding Trans-Media Coverage. Live Nation’s app redesign helped event-goers find contextually relevant entertainment recommendations using geofencing and listening habits pre and post concert. Researched design decisions and empathetic processes propel these human-centric experiences.

Sharone’s background combines creative, account, and strategy working with agencies and consultancies, including BBDO NYDDB NYResource Ammirati, and  IBM iX. His work crafting meaningful interactions and mutually-valued relationships proved impactful to both user relationships and brands bottoms lines.
